We believe that no one should face harm or abuse. And if they do, they should not face it alone.

We innovate to enhance preparation, resilience and response to crises, from a global scale to an individual experience.

There are two cross-cutting themes that underpin our work - gender and climate change.

Climate resilience

We aren't just mitigating our impact on the climate. We also consider how the climate crisis will impact our programmes, including disrupted schooling and infrastructure during natural disasters, and maternal health risks during heatwaves.

Gender

Gender equality benefits everyone. We are committed to ensure that we are inclusive and welcoming, whether we are working with a specific community, or on an initiative that's open to all.

A Blueprint for Smarter Aid
