Vodafone Foundation uses technology to address some of the world’s most pressing problems, from connecting communities through natural and humanitarian disasters, to reducing maternal mortality through emergency transport.

Since being founded in 1991, Vodafone Foundation has improved more than 250m lives.

m-mama focuses on improving health outcomes for thousands of pregnant women and newborns in Tanzania and Lesotho. The programme provides free emergency transport to connect mothers and newborns to vital life-saving healthcare.
